Orosei marble
Among the various types of calcareous rocks extracted and processed in Sardinia the Orosei marble is distinctive for variety, number of deposits and the amount extracted. Orosei marble has characteristic chromatics deriving from the inclusion of fossils of shells, corals and other organisms, and also has excellent physical-mechanical properties.

Venato
This marble is characterized by linear or oblique veining creating lovely contrasts of tones. Very popular for interiors is its book-match (mirror-image) installation and classic linear veining.
Perlato
This variety of Daino, also called Perlato Olimpo, is very compact, with a characteristically soft, uniform (pearly) coloration making it particularly suitable for large-scale projects. No-slip treatments utilizing raw, sanded and bush hammered surfaces make this marble excellent for external uses.
Nuvolato
This marble gets its name from an appearance reminiscent of cloud formations. Dynamic chromatics enriched with intrusions of onyx are frequent in this type of Daino, whose book-match (mirror-image) installation is very popular, particularly for interiors.
Fiocco di neve
Fiocco di Neve is a variety of Daino Imperiale marble with a lovely “snow flurry” look created by paler limestones. Its special look makes it excellent for interiors.
